MSIR is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.  All the money we receive is used to care for dogs and support our organization's costs.  Your donation will be used to house, feed, neuter/spay, microchip, provide medical attention, and otherwise attend to the needs of our Shibas as they look for a loving, forever home. Your donation will be appreciated and is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.  You will receive a receipt by email for your tax-deductible contribution.

You can also help us by donating goods or services.  We almost always need dog crates and mats, collars and leashes, dog toys, and any other dog-related items.  We often will have Amazon Wish Lists for specific Shibas in our care and for items they need.  We can also use printing services, veterinary and boarding services and items we can sell in our annual auction.  No matter how much or how little you have to give, your help will be greatly appreciated by the Shibas that benefit from it!
