Treasurer

 

·        Works with MSIR Board to determine funds needed annually and for specific events.

·        Provides quarterly accounting reports.

·        Provides data on any issues related to MSIR non-profit documentation,

·        Provides data on any insurance-specific issues.

·        Processes all financial transactions for MSIR related to the following areas:

Adoptions

Foster home expenses

Donations

Online store merchandise sales

Event sales and expenses

Bank and credit card accounts

·        Oversees donation thanks yous (with tax forms) sent.

·        Is responsible for ensuring reports are filed as required by State and Federal laws.
